Campsite located along the shores of a beautiful natural bay, only 500m from the beach and 17 km from Royan. 

In Charente-Maritime, at the heart of the Arvert peninsula, is located Les Mathes-la-Palmyre, a charming sea side resort that boasts 30km of fine sandy beaches.

Once there you will fall for the natural beauty of the bay and the Lighthouse of La Coubre. Come and doscover the picturesque pine and oak forests spreading over 8000ha. Royan is at 17 km, Saintes at 40 km, La Rochelle at 80 km and Bordeaux at 110km. 

Away from the Bay of Bonne Anse there are many beaches ideal for practicing water sports, especially sailing. You will find a nice family beach that is perfect for swimming at only 2km. The Palmyre Zoo, one of the most famous zoos in Europa, is at only 1.5 km and has 1,600 mammals, birds and reptiles from all continents for you to discover. A wide choice of activities is offered at the heart of the seaside resort: ropes courses in the forest, sports activities, amusement parks for families, a tourist train, many cycling paths, boat tours and food and wine tastings.

The campsite has a waterpark with two pools, including one covered and heated, water slides (2 tracks) as well as a fun and colorful paddling pool for the little ones!

On this campsite the Fun Dose is purple. This means it's a very lively campsite. In july and august, we offer the following:

- The Clapou Club for 4-6 year olds and Policator Club for 7-10 year olds welcomes your children Monday–Friday from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. and from 3 p.m.–5 p.m.
- The Nobodys (11-17 year olds) meet up five times a week.
- 4 activity leaders are present on the campsite all summer. Aquatic wake-up call every morning, sports tournaments and friendly entertainment are organised all day long.
- 4 big evening events are organized per week and we will also surprise you with our top secret entertainment and the summer dance.

- Additionally, many evenings are hosted by hired entertainers and performers who provide high quality shows.
